6-hectare enclosed fishing complex comprises two excellent leisure ponds, ideal for peaceful recreation and family or social gatherings. 4 hectares with depths reaching 7 metres in places, stocked with a good variety of coarse fish and black bass.

The banks are well-maintained and accessible by vehicle on three sides, with the fourth side accessible on foot. An effective drainage system facilitates management, and this pond is registered with the local water authority.

</p><p>The site benefits from excellent sunlight with natural shaded areas created by mature trees planted around the perimeter. A functional fishing lodge and refrigerated storage container allow for secure storage of fishing tackle and maintenance equipment.

Mains electricity is not currently connected to the site, but power lines run along the boundary and can be easily connected. </p>
